DocScope is a document editing and management application for macOS. We follow the principle of “data minimization.” By default, user data is stored locally on the device. Services such as StoreKit are used only with your authorization to enable in-app purchase verification.

1.1 Purchase Verification Information (StoreKit)

DocScope offers an Annual Subscription and a Lifetime Membership. To verify your purchase or subscription status, we receive necessary purchase verification data from Apple, including:

• Purchase or subscription status (whether you have active benefits)
• Transaction identifiers and required verification fields

We do not have access to your payment method or billing details.

1.2 App Analytics (Anonymous, Optional)

If you enable “Share Analytics with Developers” at the system level, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and performance data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Payment card numbers or billing addresses
• Any personal content without your authorization
• We do not sell or share your data

3. Purpose of Data Usage

• To verify Annual Subscription or Lifetime Membership status
• To provide core application functionality
• To improve stability using anonymous data
